Jackie D. Bailey, President and CEO, has responsibility for ongoing operational matters as well as planning and positioning activities. As one of the first African-American women to graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Ms. Bailey has an extensive nursing management background providing her with the vision and expertise to manage her dual role as President and CEO. Not only does she bring many years of experience as a nurse manager, she also has experience in drug treatment, psychiatric nursing, occupational health nursing, outpatient health services, and in-home nursing. Her years of experience in planning and projecting for outpatient health services drew her attention to current trends in community-based health service. The dream that began with her knowledge of current trends and realization of a gap in the quality of home care available in some communities motivated Ms. Bailey to make a difference. Shortly thereafter, P-B Health Home Care Agency, Inc. became a reality.

Matthew H. Bailey, Chief Financial Officer, is a consultant with the company, providing both legal and technical support services. Mathematics major, Mr. Bailey received his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University with a concentration in corporate and tax law. During a span of over two and a half decades with IBM, Mr. Bailey held diverse and increasingly responsible roles, including providing programming and data analysis support for federal projects, serving on IBM's litigation support team and as a system engineer, and providing marketing and technical support for federal customers. Mr. Bailey acts as in-house counsel for the Agency and also provides software support services.
