CLINICAL DEPARTMENT

**All clinical field positions require access to a cell phone, high speed internet and experience with computer technology. Field positions are available in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and the surrounding areas.

Clinical Operations Manager (Full Time Position w/Excellent Benefits)
Qualifications:

• Home Health Care and Medicare experience required
• Nursing management experience
• Licensed RN in Maryland
• BS, Masters preferred

Field Registered Nurse (F/T and per diem) **
RN Case Manager (F/T and per diem) **
Admission Nurse (F/T and per diem) **
Qualifications:

• Home care experience required
• Knowledge of Medicare and OASIS documentation preferred
• Current MD license and CPR certification required

Field Licensed Practical Nurse (F/T and per diem)**
Qualifications:

• Home care experience required
• Knowledge of Medicare and OASIS documentation preferred
• Current MD license and CPR certification required

Physical Therapists/Occupational Therapists (F/T and per diem)**
Qualifications:

• Home care experience required
• Knowledge of Medicare and OASIS documentation preferred
• Current MD license and CPR certification required

Physical Therapy Asssistants (F/T and per diem) **
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (F/T and per diem) **
Qualifications:

• Home care experience required
• Knowledge of Medicare and OASIS documentation preferred
• Current MD license and CPR certification required
