If I'm hospitalized, how do I obtain your services?
You have the right to choose your own health care provider. When you are hospitalized, simply notify your physician, social worker, or discharge planner that you would like to use our services.

How do I refer someone?
It is a difficult choice to trust someone else with your loved one's medical care. However, P-B Health's caring professional staff will work with your family to meet all of the patient's medical needs. To refer, simply call 410.235.1060, ask for an intake staff member, and indicate that you are interested in using our services.

Can P-B Health service special populations?
